After 8 long years of hype and no vision Johnson's, DeCiccio's, & Simplot's Downtown Phoenix plan simply does not
work! At 6 p.m. the City rolls up the sidewalks. If you do not
believe me, ask yourself, when was the last time you visited
Downtown Phoenix? None of us do because there is simply nothing to
do in Downtown Phoenix.
Apparently everyone in the United States thinks so too!
